Facebook is going to help Bible prophecy be fulfilled

Facebook is working on a plane that will be delivering internet to remote parts of the world that would otherwise be without it. You can read more on that here if you haven’t already. What I love about Facebook doing this is the fact they are very anti-God and anti-Christian. Stay with me, I’ll make a point. Anyone who logged in after the Supreme Court Ruling knows Facebook had a special feature that allowed you to put a rainbow screen over your profile picture. Quick note on that – homosexuality is a sin and condemned in the Bible. It’s taught in both the new testament and the old testament of the Bible. I don’t try to claim I’m a perfect human being, but I will call sin sin. Drunkness, idolatry and so on. If you need clarification on homosexuality being a sin, please check THIS out, it will explain what God says about it in the Bible. God goes first if you’re a born-again people, not the feelings of others. Anyways, back to the Facebook internet planes. These planes they are creating and developing are going to help fulfill the  prophecy found in the book of Matthew in the Bible.

Matthew 24:14 King James Version (KJV)

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Amazing, right? Think about the age/time-frame this verse was written in. This was before ANY of the technology we have today. They had no inkling or idea about how far human history would come in terms of modern day advancements. Guess who did? God. His knowledge and all knowing power never changes and He can see into every aspect of ‘time’ at once. Those inspired words of God in Mathew 24:14 are going to be fulfilled (to some degree) by the same people who fight so hard against Him. That’s pretty neat in my book.

Oftentimes you won’t find many blog posts or books in which I mention the end times. This is one of those rare occasions I do talk out it.The reason I don’t talk about them a whole lot is because I feel it’s not right to do so. Scripture tells us that God wants us to enjoy this life he has provided.

Ecclesiastes 5:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion.

That’s one verse, there’s plenty more. You can view more passages about enjoying life here. God also tells us not to worry.

Matthew 6:34 King James Version (KJV)

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

I could and might do a full blog post on just that topic (not worrying and enjoying life). But anyways, I know it’s important to have a mindset that points to heaven being the destination, but I don’t think we’re good witnesses when we share with non-believers, “World is almost over, got your life insurance policy?” We have God (Holy Spirit) living inside of us as born-again Christians and when we live as the new creatures in Christ that we are, His light shines through us for the world to see. Are we living in the end times? Sure looks like it. But I don’t think we should be sitting around fretting over it. We have to let God be God in our lives and not get focused on the wrong things.

Anywho, I was pretty tickled when I figured out Facebook to some degree will be helping fulfill God’s will. I love finding God in the world. Everywhere. From Sunsets, sunrises, nature, animals, certain aspects of people… it’s so easy to find his handywork when we care to look.
