Mr. Chapin has once again delivered an amazing story relevant to life. His approach to share how God can see His children through all circumstances life can dish out is always encouraging. The characters are real; they face the same issues people face every day; and they find real answers in God’s Word and by obedience to God’s will. Luke and Hannah both have their own issues, but soon find out that together they are each just what the other needs. Then throw in Mac, Luke’s father and Hannah’s pregnant 16-year-old daughter, Kayla, and they all must learn to trust God. I stayed up way too late to finish this one. Just couldn’t lay it down. Thanks to Mr. Chapin for another great book that encourages people to rely on God and one another!

Absolutely wonderful. I find T.K.’s books to be a wonderful spiritual adventure. He pulls no punches regarding the sinfulness of his characters, but there is so much change and healing in their lives in the story. He does so without sleazy details or vulgar language. I always find that nugget I need to hear for myself, too. Reliance on God and sharing the good news are top priorities. Highly recommend.

I’m not good at expressing myself or explaining things but I liked this clean romance highlighting the fact that when we turn our lives over to God difficulties and challenges can turn to good. It is the story of Hannah, her 16 year old (pregnant) daughter Kayla, and Luke and his ailing father Mac. Luke needs someone to live in the guest house on Mac’s small farm and help take care of Mac so he hires Hannah. I liked Mac…he was a crotchety curmudgeon that at first seemed very anti-God. But as the story develops we learn he had recently lost his wife and was having a hard time accepting the loss. Eventually Mac befriended Kayla and helped fill the hole her father left when he chose another family over Hannah and Kayla. There’s so much more to this story…many lessons learned and above all, the wonderful way things work for good when we have faith and turn our lives – the good and the bad – over to God. I’m eager to read more of The Potter House stories and also more stories written by T. K. Chapin.

The Potter’s House series is a 21 book series written by different authors. The books are stand-alone books, only linked by theme, so they can be read in any order.Hannah’s world was turned upside down; the day she discovered her husband had been living a double life and had another whole family. To make matters worse, two years after her divorce, her sixteen year old daughter, Kayla, dropped another bombshell…she was pregnant! She was devastated because Kayla was her responsibility and how could she have let it happen? Hannah blamed herself because she took time to focus on her healing after her divorce. After learning of Kayla’s pregnancy, Hannah made the decision to move her away from Flagstaff, Arizona and her boyfriend. Both of them needed a new start and Eastern Washington would give them the chance to do just that.Luke’s father needed a caregiver. When Hannah told him she would take the job, he felt nothing but relief, except…his father was not an easy man to care for. They had already been through several caregivers…hopefully Hannah would be different. He needed a break.Neither Hannah nor Luke had any intentions of falling in love, but…God had other plans.Although their lives were filled with many trials, they found healing in the solitude of the ranch in Eastern Washington, along with God’s grace. Through their days of despair, with God, they found hope, healing and forgiveness.Hannah’s efforts to show Luke’s father her Christian attitude; helped him find joy in God once more.Hannah and Kayla’s story will break your heart, so have the tissues ready…but it will also make you smile and once you have read the last page, you will walk away with a renewed hope in Christ. It is amazing how God can take something devastating and use it for His glory!Disclaimer: I received this pre-release eBook from the author, T.K. Chapin for free to read and review. (I also did purchase my own copy). I was not required to give a favorable review only an honest review, nor was I compensated for my review. All thoughts and comments in this review are my own.

I just love christian romance filled with biblical scriptures, and this one sooo good. It went alone with the Bible and was straight to the point; no long drawn out drama, just plain good. Love christian romance with the Bible scriptures. T.K.Chapin is an excellent writer.

Even though it was short there was so much pathos packed in it that my emotions ranged from sadness to frustration and to joy. It is a clean romance that starts off with people carrying hurts from the past that looks like the relationships will be sabotaged ….but God. A great read as usual from an amazing author.

Hannah feels like her life is out of control due to recent circumstances. She decides to take a job she had been considering, after a “final blow” occurs and tells her daughter they are moving to a ranch in Wyoming. She is determined to keep the job, even when the person she is hired to help, acts like he doesn’t need someone to “take care of him.” This is an exceptionally well-written book; and I recommend it, highly.

Hannah’s husband left her and Kayla for his other family and now Kayla is pregnant and only 16. Overwhelmed with what to do, she follows God’s leading and moves to Washington to take care of Mac. Mac is a bitter old man who lost his wife to cancer and hates God. She’s hired by Luke, Mac’s son, to care for his father who doesn’t agree he needs help. Hannah believes good has brought her to Washington for a purpose. Could that be to remind Mac of God’s love? Luke and Hannah are attracted to each other but distrust and past experiences get in the way. As time passes, Mac and Kayla grow closer as he imparts wisdom and live to the fatherless girl. Luke and Hannah question if God is bringing them together. Then tragedy strikes and life once again changes and clarifies. This book was written in such a way that the reader feels intimately connected with the characters and storyline. I appreciated how the characters relied on God but were also real. If they were mad at Him or frustrated or questioned Him, it was okay to admit it. We are human and we question. This author wrote of God’s love from a realistic and personal point of view. The Christian life isn’t perfect. It’s messy. This book is a great read. I strongly recommend it.I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I have read several books by TK Chapin and have not been disappointed yet

I really enjoyed this book. It was good and clean romance with no sex or swear words. It was too short because I wanted more. Hannah was a weak link but she learned to trust God and have faith. I’m glad it had an epilogue. I have read several books by this author and always enjoy his style.
